This reminds me of Toki Pona, which has no proper nouns syntactically;
rather, they're essentially adjectives modifying a noun such as jan
"person" or ma tomo "city", e.g. "jan Katen" for "Carsten" or "ma tomo
Lanten" for "London". (Such proper noun adjectives are also the only
capitalised words in the language.)
