Jesse, don't freak out! It's voluntary! You only have to do as much as you want! I will do sentences, but I think they'll be along these lines: X sees the Y that Z made. With X,Y, and Z blank so you can fill in the appropriate nouns or names. And, if the word is not present in your conlangculture, you can simply ignore the sentence, or twist it around so it fits. Nothing is inscribed in stone - the whole point of this is to help inspire those of us who tend to drag our feet when it comes to vocabulary. I'm not going to get mad if you don't do every single word and sentence. And since people have made good points for not adding certain words (Irina's post probably the most elegant and explanatory - at least, I got what she was saying, as opposed to other opjections), I'll make an effort to include a variety of words within any theme, so that at least 3 or 4 could be used by any preliterate / non-technological / entirely religiously neutral /insert your speciality in here culture has something to work with without trying to figure out how to twist things to make it fit appropriately.
