    But...it was "be living" in the question, and it didn't phase me at all:
"Where are you living?"  It seems to me that the distinction is this:

a.) "Where are you living (now)?"  The person knows you well and hasn't seen
you in awhile and knows you have moved.
b.) "Where do you live?"  The person can never have been to your house
before, unless they've only been once and they forgot, in which case the
question would be, "Where do you live again?"
