Are you telling me that "Seoul" is written this way from a romanisation
system that says that |eo| is /O/?!!!! If so, then the French pronunciation
of the capital is extremely off!!! In French, Seoul (which is written
"Séoul") is pronounced [se.ul], i.e. the way the word is cut in syllables
is "Sé" + "oul".

You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
