This does encourage me to continue the translation of 'the northwind
and the sun' which is still unfinished.

I find it extremely difficult in a posteriori conlangs like the award
winning Þrjótrunn.  I thought it was hard in Qþyn|gài, but Þrjótrunn
is worse, really.  Why?  Because I need to check so many lexicons to
see whether it would be feasible to use a word.  E.g. to exclude later
Celtic influence.  To check that plant names are not borrowed later
since the Romans did not know those plants.  And by the structure of
Þrjótrunn, the creation of the inflectional forms for verbs is
painful.

I am of no help here, I always use software to help me with my a
priori engelangs.  For me, it is quite challenging already to come up
with the precise phonotactics to programm a computer to do it.
