No. Or better said, I have no idea how to do it given my current set-up with
MSN. Not everyone is 100% computer savvy.
Even though your msg. was said to be in UTF8, in your list I saw only those
few chars. that are included up to decimal 0255, plus the Greek letters, and
oddly, schwa, eng and barred-h. Everything else was little boxes (in part
probably because my default font is Times New Roman). It's true, however,
that on very random occasions Unicode comes through, or can be made to
appear by switching the encoding.

As for the switch to P for vl.bilab.fric, go for it. It makes sense since
caps are used for most other fricatives.
