Ouch. It's bad enough that most Americans mangle non-English names, but
you're a langmaker, and we're talking about the langmaking bible! How
can you be so blasphemous?
Tolkien felt pretty strongly about the rape of his beautiful
phonologies. Abominations like /seleborn/ for Celeborn or /lOri/ for
laurie wrentched his heart. He'd curse you straight to Mordor for that.
