Wheee! A translation exercise! =D In Jovian:
> (1) Io ei nowad íl? > "What is your name"
Cod ix tud noeme? [kA diS tu nAjm]
> (2) Pan ei Dinneg i. > "My Nindic is limitted/small"
Mi Ninca ix puole. [mi niNk iS pu@l] Note: |Nincu| is simply the extrapolation of a hypothetical Latin form _Nindicus_. As for |puolu|: It means "juvenile, immature, not ready", as well as "small pastry".
> (3) Ni belchyr efann echidd. Neiddaw, seffraenaw ni. > "Do not question her. Please, I will take care of > her."
Nau roha en. Bloro, jo curare ei. [no ro:x en 'blo:rA jA gu'ra:r ej] I presume "question" was meant in the sense of "pose questions to" rather than "express distrust in"?
> (4) Ni ei mi boed, ei mi nachen echyth. > "I am no fool, but I am lost"
Nau sou tsuode, sed sou naubrahe. [no sow tsu@d se dzow no'bra:x]
> "Your anger is very dangerous. Who will save her if > you hurt her?
Tu ira ix vae prioglose. ¿Ci en i sauvare si laezes en? [tu i:r iS vaj bri'glo:z ki en i zo'va:r si lajs en] -- Christian Thalmann
