You could easily find "Lost Books of the Bible
and the Forgotten Books of Eden", which is the
source for my translations of the Epistle.

Other favourites of mine are:

"The Other Bible, Ancient Alternative Scriptures"
(Harper Collins);
"The Nag Hamadi Library" (Harper and Row);
"The Gnostic Scriptures" (Doubleday);
"The Lost Gospel - the Book of Q & Christian
Origins" (H-Col.);
"The Five Gospels" (loaned out);
"The Book of J" (Grove Weidenfeld);
"The Babylonian Genesis" (Uni Chicago Press);
"Fragments - the Collected Wisdom of Heraclitus"
(Viking);
"The Unknown Sayings of Jesus" (H-Col.);
"The Jesus Sutras" (I forget who published it,
and it's currently loaned out);

The above are verifiably ancient texts. The Jesus
Sutras are totally cool and totally unexpected! -
if you can only get one of these books soon, get
that one!!! The Five Gospels is another goody,
being a new, scholarly translation of, well, the
five gospels.

"Ohaspe Bible, a New Bible in the Words of
Jehovih and His Angel Embassadors" (Kessinger);
"The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ
(Dowling, but there are reprints available);

These are old (not quite as old as the "Book of
Mormon", but of equal interest, I think), being
late 19th and early 20th centuries respectively,
Mormon, of course, being early 19th. Ohaspe is
rather curious, though I haven't waded through
both rather large volumes yet; Aquarian is pretty
cool.

and of course, "The Book of the Noble Way, or
Logia of the Sages", which is the current
incarnation of Talarian scriptures.
