That's clearly related to the facts that the LoN officials deny
having ever commissioned such a survey, and its release can be
traced back to an IP belonging to www.vos-a-siamprz.wn. Such an
offensive hoax is a crime, of course, but these people probably
don't even know, given that their law books are all written in
incomprehensible babble.
