In Lojban, the word "mabla" (or in combining form "mal-") makes anything
a derogative, so:

        nakybakykemymalkalci
        male-bovine type of derogative-excrement

The stress is penultimate, and "y" is pronounced schwa.  No, it isn't
short: Lojban is meant to be unambiguous (with qualifications), not
necessarily terse.

Do other conlangs have general derogatives?  Lojban also has a
general favorable-connotation marker, so that anything can be
marked positive or negative.
