I think it's called blue "aoi" in Japanese.  The term isn't precisely
the same as English "blue", though, and is used for things we'd
generally think of as being green.  The precise semantic boundary
between "aoi" and "midori" (green) I've never been clear on.

I think some Japanese lights are green, and others are blue, and
they're perceived as being different shades of the same colour, but I
could be wrong about this.
