The izh and ish /S/, /Z/, are definitely Portugal Portuguese,
as well as of Rio de Janeiro. Typically [s] and [z] become
[S] and [Z] syllable finally/word finally.
This, along with other diferences were enough that I (who learned
portugese from a woman from Fortaleza) could not understand a thing
while I was in Portugal.
