WHOA! Tak sÃ¥ myket! This is the second majorly helpful response I've gotten. All those extra dialects to peruse!!! As for Carrajina/Carrajena, ti's been a thorn in my side for a couple of years. the pronunciation is /ka.ra'Zi.na/ since all e's, whether /e/ (stressed) or /E/ (unstressed), moved to /i/ (stressed) or /I/ (unstressed) a few years ago and got respelled. The only "E" I didn't change was the one in the name of the language since it was already in my e-mail address. I thought what-the-hey Romanian kept a particular spelling just for its name why shouldn't I -- but I've never been happy with the choice. The problem is a practical one. If I change the name of the language now then my e-mail and web addresses will be wonkey. Erg. I may just try out the i-spelling for a while and see how I feel about the discongruence. -- Of course someone would notice, and ask, the first time I did it. ;-) Adam Pochini ninadud ul Jezu in ul Betuemi djal Juda in ils djis djul Errodu ul regu – iñi! aviniruns junis maguis djil ojindi ad al Jerosolima, dichindu: «¿Jundi esti ul regu djuls Ivreus fin ninadud?
