In Melbourne, where they bottle our tap water and sell it back to us and
the poor Adelaidians whose water is utterly revolting is because you're
allowed to sell water without giving a glass of water for free. Nightclubs
often run the water in their bathrooms warm to encourage people to buy
bottled water (or let them dehydrate)...
Personally, I keep a drinkbottle in my bag when I remember and use
drinking fountains when I don't.q
