In America, the EPA (who regulate tap water) has considerebly
stricter purity and content regulations than the FDA (who regulate
bottled water). I did have an article that detailed the differences
in levels of toxins and other impurities allowed, but I think I've
lost it.
Anyhow, article or none, the legal "standard" for tap water is better
than the legal "standard" for bottled water. Don't believe the hype.
