Sindarin is almost certainly impossible in the present state of published materials.

I like this. There is certainly no reason not to decline Unicode (as opposed to rejecting it!); Lithuanian inevitably does so. My father used to say that a certain judge in Philadelphia, when admitting lawyers to the Pennsylvania bar, would command them to "decline 'amo'". If you explained that "amo" was a verb, and that verbs were conjugated, not declined, then all was well.
