AHH!!
Now I get it! Those "tsu"s are actually the _little_ tsu, which doubles
the following consonant. It should be more like:
ayatsu yomaoromo kakkoii mattaku
"kakkoi" would be "cool", the doubled "i" might be an exaggerated pronunciation.
"mattaku" is "really".
"yomaoromo" I have no clue about.
