HAHAHA! Because Babelfish sucks? I cut and pasted Hanuman's text into
Babelfish and this is what I got:
Automatic autonomy previous speculative Considerations to the Mental,
Central conception of, Perifèric Mental/Central/Perifèric is a production in
which the Orquestra of the Chaos works at the moment. In the base of the
gestation of this project they are the concepts of meme, gene, virus, mind,
genetic code, transcription, parasitism, information, robot, duplication. In
form of interactive installation that uses sophisticated technology,
Mental/Central/Perifèric is conceived like artificial means from which it
arises, like result of the interaction with the interpreters, an emergent
musical form to which often it gives us to call intermediate concert. "There
is a concept that is the corruptor and the desatinador of the others. I do
not speak of badly, whose limited empire it is the ethics; I speak of the
infinite "
Hanuman would be better off with an on-line Spanish dictionary... most of
the words in his original text are words shared in English and the syntax is
fairly easy if you think noun/adjective. Look at how "orchestra" is spelled
above! Any machine that can't change orquestra into "orchestra" is
useless... or which sees every capitalized word as a proper noun. The Borges
is especially mangled!
Try typing "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" into Babelfish
German, and then take that German and convert it back into English. Hee! :)
