        Well, yes and no. Moten has such words (not many, but some) that you
can't use on their own like this. The use of "fokezif" is as follows:

        If you refer to a person first using his/her title (President, Captain,
Boss, etc...), you'll refer to him/her then not using his/her title
again, but using the word "fokezif". In the same way, you have the word
"zi|sun" for measure units (with the difference that this word can be
used also to mean "degree"). So as you see, the translation "a titled
person" doesn't fit here, as the title must already be known.
