I've been wondering, What would the surname "Vanderwall" ( Van der wall)
mean? Does it mean "belonging to the wall?" (my knowledge of Dutch is
absolutely nil). Anyway, that's the surname that my great Grandmother Eva
had, before she married my great grandfather, and took his surname, Wykert.
