I've generally used a word that means something like "grace" or
"kindness"; words like that that stand alone, outside the boundaries
of a larger clause, serve as my interjections. They are, of course,
highly idiomatic.
In Lume I'm using a politeness marker, which can be used anywhere
within a clause, and when used outside a clause, serves this meaning.
