okay...but what happens if the person being addressed holds two or more of
the above-mentioned category qualifications?
or, what about where a higher-ranked person is addressing a lower-ranked
older person? (ie, a 14-year-old king, speaking to a 50-year-old
vagrant...don't ask me why; I just picked them at random).
