He he, believe me or not, but my boyfriend already did this recipe a few times

It was pretty nice, that's for certain.

As for a recipe in Narbonósc, I'm leaning towards something unusual: Escargots
en salade (I don't have the word for snails nor for salad in Narbonósc yet,
though :( ). Since this takes place in the Provence, there will be a big use of
olive oil, and lots of herbs. Good for health, but quite expensive
unfortunately...
