Natlangs? Let's see... I only know the romance languages well enough to do
this without reaching for the dictionary, so here goes:

Italian:
Se mi chiami ancora pazzo, ti mangerò l'occhio altro.

French:
Si tu m'appelles fou encore, je te mangerai l'autre oeil.

Spanish:
Si me llamas loco otra vez, te comeré el ojo otro.

Portuguese:
Se você me chama demente de novo, o comerei o outro olho de você.

Correct me if I'm wrong, by the way. I'm not so sure of the grammar in the
second clause of the Spanish example.
