THat's not completely true. I was a left-hander up until kindergarten/first
grade. I was forced to use my right hand, and I've been predominately a
righty ever since. I write, throw, cut with a knife, bowl, and use the
mouse only with my right hand. (Note, I learned to use the mouse at home
where they bought me left-handed things instead of force me to use my
right.) I still use my left hand for things that don't take fine motor
conrol, like opening jars. I am ambidextrous at things like cutting with
scissors and sweeping (though I'm better with my right).
