It's an estimation from experience. It may differ because of the level of people's education, though.

He-he. My wife is from Lubny too! The world is a village! But she doesn't think so. And pejorative word for "Western (Ukrainian)" is certainly _zapadénjsjkyj_. Ugh, the thread becomes too hot. Calm down, guys!
