No, I meant quite literally what I wrote. We wanted to get married already a
few years ago, but our government does all it can to discourage people from
marrying people from outside the EU. Although she had a refugee status in
Germany, she needed to get lots of documents from Ukraine, although she wasn't
even allowed there.
