Heh--whomever goes after me will have to deal with the fact that gender
can change the meaning of a word.

/?Ek-pjEk-r/ literally: "do-thing-def. art." (feminine), "the tool".
/?Ek-pjEk-os/ literally: "do-thing-def. art." (wrong), "the broken item"
/?Ek-pjEk-Is/ literally: "do-thing_def. art." (foreign), "the trinket" or
"the useless item"
I could see some poor high-schooler in the USA forgetting the genders and
translating every instance as "tool".
