There's nothing inherently wrong with the word "stylish". It's a very
good word, when used by my girlfriend, for example. However, if you're of
the opinion that style is defined by designers who decide what people should
wear and what good clothing should look like, then I can see why "stylish"
would have a negative conotation, especially when used sarcastically. Other
than that, no, I think it's a very, very positive word.
