I agree with you that we shouldn't mangle CXS to make it
computer-readable at the expense of human-readability. I'd also like
to point out that I'm using a computer program (in part written by
Henrik; thank you!) to translate back and forth between CXS and IPA on
my dictionary page. If CXS were too difficult to decode by machine, I
wouldn't be able to have the IPA on my page.
