In a complex philosophical treatise their functional load is likely to be relevant but in normal discorse, errors in adjective endings can usually be resolved to proper meaning - although for native speakers it could be a little unpleasent to listen. ;-) Other than that: Unless complex phrase-building is in order, a wrong adjective ending does not prevent meaningful expression.
