I used mildly conlangified X-SAMPA.
The u-bar is officially [}] in X-SAMPA; I usually stick to it, but it is
majorly ugly. [u-] will probably be understood.
Is finlandssvenskt _Euro_ two or three syllables? Some Leftbalticans do use
[e}.rU] (where the dot represents a syllable border), but this sounds, well,
affected to me. The diphthong [e}] is foreign to my 'lect.
