I don't know whether this is different than your numbers 1 and 4, but in
Rokbeigalmki i use apostraphes to mark the connection of case-prefixes to
words, but not other morphemes.  So for instance the case-prefix _sa'_
vs. the adverbial prefix _elikuh-_ vs. the adjective prefix _sud_.
I also use doubled apostraphes for abbreviations (slightly differeing
than #4), so the appreviation of _kamble-a tza'weithaad sudrabauk_ is
_ka''wei''ra_.
