Saving the trouble of the thread, if you're interested look up your
local diocese here: http://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/country/
Salt Lake City seems to is indeed translated as "Civitatis Lacus Salsi".
(FWIW, Melbourne -> Melburnensis, and another Victorian diocese, that of
Sale, becomes Saliensis, which both ruin the -n thing.)
