Except that the last part of your claim is absolutely false. There is no native French TV announcer that pronounces final -et as [E], and that in whatever French speaking country (I know that for sure, having the international French speaking channel TV5, I've been able to hear TV announcers from Switzerland, Belgium, Quebec, Luxemburg and other countries). And I've never said it was not "real" French, just that it was not "common" French!!! Am I clear enough this time? I'm getting pretty upset that you put in my mouth things that I never said just to look like a victim!
