Spanish, I believe, has both a tap [4] and a trill [r]. Khangaþyagon has
both these as well, with [r] being regarded as a geminate of [4] - this is
reflected in the Latin orthography, where [4] is written as r and [r] is
written as rr, and in the Bukhstav runes where [r] is written as the rune
for [4] follwed by a "gemination rune".
