It's [r\`]. I wonder if Rhodrese doesn't have such an
allophone for syllable-final /4/ too; at least it wants to
come out that way for me, unless _-r_ is /R/, with the
final-devoicing allophone [X]! :-) No doubt that was how
Brazilian [h] came about; as a devoiced allophone of /R/.
