Another view that has many real world anteceedants. So it would be the
mentally retarded and severely autistic that would be classed as
non-sentient? I do believe that veiw prevails in a lot of societies and
seems to have a bit of presnece in Modern Western Thought(tm) whether
Society(tm) admits it or not.
