plausible sound change?

  Hey all,

    Is this a plausible sound change?

    intervocalically, stops

     fricativize after a front vowel
     voices before a front vowel, which affects the
previous vowel

    frex:

    itar > ithar
    atir > edir

    what would happen is both vowels were front?

    etir > eidir or ithir?
