There's quite a few Interstates that simply circle cities, like the one
around Atlanta, don't remember the number. Also, there are Interstates
in Hawai'i. :-) I was once on I-666, which does not leave the state of
Florida ... Amusingly, once when a friend of mine was on that highway,
the song on the radio was "Highway to Hell" :-)
