This is why i like the regular intersections here. The person to your
right goes first if you arrive at the intersection at the same time. Where
I live in California (and i think this applies to the entire state), you
can turn right on a red if it is safe to do so (this is a lighted
intersection i'm talking about). If the lights go out, you treat it as a
regular four way.
