Yes, I know why they choose this mapping, but I still don't like it, since
it is so often distorted: {Qing} -> [kwing] etc. Moreover to me Latin {q}
is a slightly distorted Semitic Qof, so its use for a palatal while {k} is
a velar will always nag me!
