Then, since the word for amour in Narbonósc is indeed "amour" (not a borrowing) :) . Indeed I thought that in French, the word "amour" was borrowed from Occitan. A normal langue d'oil version of it would have been "ameur": /am9R/. Mmm... less nice to my ear. I understand why it was replaced. :) Christophe. http://rainbow.conlang.free.fr
