No, in English we pronounce both lama and llama the same; otherwise
the Nash poem wouldn't make much sense. Perhaps some Alex Trebek wannabes
pronounce it as if it were Spanish, but they're the exception rather
than the rule.
My personal pronunciation is something like ['la:m@].
