I think using 'comitative' disregards the usual usage of that case
(canonically marking, more or less, company (and in extension other similar
relations, but company is the most central usage it has). Partitive,
however, sometimes and in some languages, is used to mark consistence, or
that something is part of something, and so on. This does differ from some
of the common usages of partitive, but usage of the term partitive seems a
bit less strictly defined anyway.

I'm not entirely sure on this matter, however.
