I need help. I need a conlager.

Ineed someones help to complet a conlang based on an ancient Indo-European Language!
I have its blue-prints but its will be better if some one else help to
construct it fully. You know if I build it all by my own, after it would be a
personal (not interesting for others) language. I wanna make an interesting
language! :)

I am starting to intoduce the language (esp the grammar) of
Bachtiari/Baxtiari.

(I write Baxtiari like BÈXTÍÌRÍ since I started to write it)

For clearing my purpose Baxtiari is an ancient still living language
that is also the ancestor of Neo-Persian/Farsi.

In Old Persian and also in Middle Persian "Baxtre" means "south".
this language is know as Baxtiari Irani due to its place of birth,
because the Iranian people who lived in south of Iran used this
language, and the Modern Persian (Farsi) is derived from this
language. Now this language (Baxtiari) is still used in the tribes in
south western of todays iran (in where that was south of Iran at 500
BC)

I want to reconstruct the lang or atleast make a conlang of it or
something like that. Would you help!?
