The first three are ambiguous between "her sister" and "our sister".
The fourth is ambiguous between "his/her/its/my/our/your/y'all's/their
brother/sister".  Incorporated forms are stripped of gramatical
markers.  The fourth could be translated as something like "The girl who
sibling-hit was punished" or "(Someone) punished the girl who
sibling-hit", likewise, the first three could be translated as "The girl
who ... was punished" or "(Someone) punished the girl who ..."
