Ah, "iofs". I completely forgot about it. I use it all the time.

It's tricky to translate. Perhaps "It's true". "Iofs" is very often combined with "but", as we see above. Example: "It's true that it isn't very fast, but..." "Iofs är den inte så snabb, men..." That might work. It's not *that* awkward.
