Ook. I pronounce it /et'ketera/ under the influence of one of my
friends, who insists on the "proper" Latin pronounciation.
Other than that, I don't really mentally pronounce any of them - when
I'm reading, I don't associate them with any sound value. That's why I
never use them in conversation, I guess.
